Coaching at work= merit badge

Coaching En Route help individuals in all kinds of organizations from multinationals, SMEs, international organizations and NGOs, and helped executives, managers and employees in general to tap into their inner drive, to develop, and to find personal and professional fulfillment.

I can work with you to overcome a specific hurdle or to make progress across the board.

Possible areas of focus are authentic leadership development, stress and priority management, integration of talents and strengths, expats coaching, intercultural collaboration – diversity inclusion and emotional intelligence,

No matter your specific area of focus, coaching will leave you better off, refreshed, and more confident in your career and at your workplace.

I provide 6 types of coaching:

1. Executive Coaching

Individual coaching stimulates creativity and personal growth, challenges preconceived ideas, and encourages taking a new perspective.

I invite you to “do differently better” by exploring innovative ideas and solutions with me in an environment of respect, trust, sincerity, and transparency, where reflection is the first step toward change.

2. Expatriate Coaching

Expatriation requires sacrifice but also has its benefits; it means adjusting and reinventing oneself.

Expatriate coaching centers around the specific challenges related to a move during the expatriation departure phase, the expatriation period, and the return, both for the employee being re-assigned and for the accompanying spouse.

Coaching provides real support during the stay abroad. It helps to adapt to change and to feel comfortable and blossom in a new environment.

3. Intercultural Coaching &

Faced with the challenge of working or coexisting with people from other cultures, employees will benefit from this special type of coaching.

Although often a challenge, diversity is also a key to success. By understanding, valuing and managing (cultural) diversity, you can create synergy and foster interpersonal relationships.

This leads to more openness and authenticity, which in turn leads to greater self-confidence and, consequently, greater creativity.

4. Transition Coaching

Everyone can benefit from having another person at their side during a time of change.  If you are planning a career change or expecting increased job responsibilities, having a coach will improve your ability to prepare for this change, to adapt to it, and to develop the traits that will allow you to flourish throughout it.

5. Coaching for a new position

Taking on a new position comes with a new set of responsibilities; adjusting to the new role is essential for a professional. The first 100 days in a position are a chance to prove oneself. By helping you to better understand yourself and your relationship with others, coaching improves your ability to identify the obstacles preventing you from moving forward and frees you to harness your potential and take action.

6. Performance Coaching

This type of coaching allows you to go beyond your supposed limits, to stimulate your imagination, your creativity, your ability to move from intention to action, to alter inhibiting beliefs, and to develop your potential in accordance with your ambition.

I had the opportunity to do a few coaching sessions with Anouk, as I am at a crossroads in my career, and I felt that some external support was necessary to answer some of the questions I have in order to move forward confidently. Given the current health situation, we had to do most of the sessions by videoconference.Nevertheless, each session was very interesting and rich in terms of content and exchange of ideas. I came out of each session refreshed, energized and with clearer ideas.

Anouk skillfully used a variety of exercises that helped guide discussion and allowed me to put into words and action the desires that were previously buried inside me. And she did so at times in a more relaxed way, at times in a more structured way, depending on the circumstances…Thank you for your help!”
